What is Silk-Screening?
Silk-screening of blank media is much like the process of screening t-shirts. The PMS color inks are applied in layers with the use of silk screens. This method is how store bought CDs or DVDs are printed. While ink jet and thermal printing have rapidly developed, they still will not produce a store bought look.

Many customers will silkscreen a number of blank disc and then burn them as needed. It becomes cost effective to screen at least 500 blanks at a time
